Since joining AGL Telecom my internet, at best is super flakey and not anything like my previous supplier. I assumed that considering this is the NBN and supply is essentially from the same origin, device wouldn't be affected. Yet, as of this morning I have had no connection for the last 4 hours. I have in vain tried to contact your support however there has been no reply. This is appalling service.

Same boat.. signed up 3 weeks ago, internet was down for the first weekend, and this is the second time it’s down. On the phone for the past hour… the hold music of deafening.

Incident Information: There is a current NBN outage in Victoria. You may be experiencing problems when trying to connect or use your internet service. Our Engineers are investigating and further updates will be posted as they become available.

Services Impacted: NBN

Next Update: 30 minutes

Also, what is more annoying my previous ISP would SMS at anytime there was an outage, but AGL only just updated their website now.

Agree, very annoying. I've known about this outage for the last 4 hours and it's only come up on the NBN website now. Both NBN and AGL have dropped the ball here.

 

And, it's quite damning that I've found out about this through this platform.

Have had the same issue this morning! Tried the last 3 hours to get help with my internet as i have no connection yet again and have had 0 response. Will be looking at a new provider as this is tthe 3rd time in less than a month this has happened
