Hi @Chace, slower speeds at peak times can be expected, but your performance shouldn't be too degraded. Check out the "Slow speeds or drop outs" section of this Help page, perform a couple of speed tests at different times, and if you're seeing very slow speeds get in touch with support and share those results.
