Internet outages Melbourne

Have had not internet in thomastown for the last hour, support line keeps going immediatly to voicemail. No nbn outages in the area, anyone else having the same problems?

Having same issues in Mornington Vic 3931. 
Looked up NBN site for outages around my address and it says there are none so must be an AGL issue.  Been out for over 2 hours.

No internet in Diggers rest area, customer care team said there’s outage in Victoria and they will update once internet is back running.

Ridiculous, been trying to get a hold of them for 2.5 hours. On the chat and the phone. Got connected to someone an hour ago but the line bugged out so I couldn’t hear anything except noises. Seems to be working now. Literally switched to agl two days ago.

NBN outage affecting some customers in Victoria has now been resolved and services are coming back online.

i was on hold over 2 hours then got a message from telco saying there’s been major problems and they’d update about nbn once every 6 hours for next 24 hours and for however many days after that. so don’t think we’ll be getting internet back anytime soon
