same here - i'm in Rydalmere. The internet has been out for about an hour. Had the same issue in the afternoon but it came back after 35 mins. AGL doesn't have support after 8pm for the Broadband/NBN. Terrible service

I seem to have the same problem in Edmondson Park.

 

In my case, I managed to narrow it down to a DNS problem on the AGL side. I am assigned a WAN IP. So it means that I am able to connect to the service provider.

 

I changed the DNS on my router to 8.8.8.8 to simply try it out and I managed to connect to the Internet. But my speeds are pretty bad atm.

 

I hope the tech team at AGL resolve the problem quickly.

No internet connection since approximately 12:30pm today. Spearwood WA. No communication or updates. Still no connection at 9:30pm. Very disappointing!

No internet connection and no support available at Lane Cove. This is terrible service. I’m new to AGL internet and have had nothing but issues from the start. Does anyone have any suggestions? It looks like there’s no NBN connection.
