Internet keeps dropping out

I am so fed up with my internet dropping out in the evenings. It can happen once or twice a night. 
I’m now considering moving companies.

My internet also keeps dropping out, generally during night time, (3.5 hrs last night, 1.5hrs the night b4) always at a set full or half hour start or finish, always resets itself without any input of mine (SA, Seaford, fttp, 50/25)
