Internet down for 5 days Coolum Beach

Internet still down since Tuesday here in Coolum, zero explanation, zero time frame when it might be back up, called up technical support the extent of their help is "I don't know what the problem is, try turning it on and off again.....".

5 days and still haven't figured it out?

 

And we went to the moon in the 60s???

I hope by now your internet has returned, but if you need further information i would recommend calling our escalations team on 131 245 Mon-Fri or check https://telcostatus.agl.com.au for any  further NBN outages.

About 10 days too late there "Glenn". 

 

I've had better customer service from a brick wall. 

 

At this point zero response would have been less infuriating. 

 

From my  vantage point it seems that AGL couldn't run a toilet block effectively.
