How long does it take for the internet to be connected?

I have waited two weeks for it and every time I look at my account it just says "still in progress". I have my own modem and nbn box. I just need a confirmation. When I rang customer service they said it was still in progress and then asked if I wanted to talk to a technician.

Im so sorry your experiencing difficulty getting your services active. I understand it must be frustrating not getting the support you need over the phone

 

Please call our Escalations team 131 245 Mon-Fri 8am-6pm to get a update on your connection in case there is something hindering your connection
