We hope the internet is working for you now with no interruptions.
You can check your address using this website to see if there are any outages - https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status
If you are still facing issues with the internet, please test an alternative ethernet/DSL cable and see if there is any difference. If you have a spare DSL socket in the premise, please test this as well.
If you have a NBN box, please try to do a direct connection. You can do this by unplugging the ethernet cable from the modem, and getting it connected to a laptop. You should then have the ethernet cable from the NBN box to a laptop. You will need to monitor the connection see if you face any issues dropouts, slow speed, etc.
