Internet Account is not Added

My AGL Online account is not showing the 'AGL Telecommunication' account but only the Gas and Electricity accounts.


Have raised an incident by calling Customer care but no response yet. Is there a way we can get it added?

Hi @shyamal. Sorry you've had trouble accessing your account details. 

You've already taken the correct approach by getting in touch with customer service. If you don't wish to do this by phone, you can also raise this issue directly through your My Account page, or the AGL app, by clicking the message button. It sounds like you've already gotten through to customer care by phone though, so this is probably unnecessary in this case.
