Extremely slow internet

 I am currently using Home Superfast 250/25mbs $109 p.m to use on 3 devices, supposed to be extremely fast! But it has been a nightmare in the evening times between 5pm- 12am, the download speed is 14.32 or max 50.92mbps - not acceptable at all on any circumstances. Numerous calls made to Technical Team over the period of one and a half months and still not resolved. Two erro devices are not transmitting what ISP is providing. Replacement of devices will take 20 working days, first customer has to return by post and after reaching to AGL offices and they check the devices, and consider replacing - this is an utter ridiculous standard and procedure, customer won’t have any internet during the said period! No proper resolution!
AGL internet service is a nightmare, they aren’t able to fix, I’m considering switching service provider. I do not recommend anyone to use their internet service.

A very frustrated customer.

Hi @winmin , sorry to hear the performance has fallen so far short! Did support recommend a replacement of the eero device when you contacted them?

@David_AGL I was told to connect directly to my laptop from the modem via cable, tried and it worked well but with the erro devices, the speed I got was not the package I bought then it was identified as transmission faults from erro devices, and best to replace them. And this is what I was told "Replacement of devices will take 20 working days, first customer has to return by post and after reaching to AGL offices and they check the devices, and consider replacing..."
