I can't imagine the experience you have had with trying to get the internet connected since May. That would be quite frustrating.
@merry678 Is right in this situation, the first thing you want to do is contact us and we can take a look into this further, then making a complaint. Our complaints team will be able to get this fixed for you, if we weren't able to get it fixed for you when getting this escalated for you.
I would really appreciate if you give us a call on 131245 and ask to speak with the escalation team.
