NBN Plan Disconnection Request : Pending

Dear AGL,

 

I have been stuck with my home internet for last two weeks as my disconnection request for AGL NBN pending order is still pending. This quite urgent. Following is the recent ticket I got from an agent.

Hoping to get this resolve asap.

Hi @grovervivek, we won't be able to help you with this type of issue within this public community, but it sounds like you've already done the right thing and passed it through to an agent. Be aware that if you are swapping to a new internet provider, you do not need to wait for your disconnection request with AGL to complete - in that case it's best to arrange your new connection first so you aren't left without internet.
