Anyone else have this issue? It's missing from the app, and from the website.
Called technical support to find out why the landline (through the modem) wasn't working.
It worked perfectly well with our previous provider, but it hasn't worked since we transferred our internet to AGL.
They asked for our Internet account number, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
Electricity, solar, and the mobile phones are all there, but nothing about internet at all.
They managed to track down the account, but apparently no mobile number was associated with the account, so I had to get transferred to another department to fix that, before they could start troubleshooting.
Turns out I have to be home to "help" with the troubleshooting, so I'm about to call again.
