Internet bill rising from $54 to $82.99

I don’t know if anyone has the same issue. I just got the internet bill for December and it is extremely higher than my regular plan fee. I am on a $54 monthly plan but it is $82.99. I searched my mailbox and there is no any notification regarding this. I am not sure if it is an error.

Same.My internet cost for 50/20 was $65 at the time I joined there was no time limit for this cost.I payed my last bill of $65 but later when I checked they had moved the cost of the plan to up to $79 so I was late paying the extra $14 since I did not know but I was charged $82 and some change. So I payed it figuring the extra $3 something was for being late for the out of nowhere $14 extra cost so now owing is nothing.But at the start of my new billing month it is now $84 though it says it should be $79.I called trying to explain but the guy was no help accused me of not listening to him I say the same back to him he says the same back to me so I say bugger it I will go else where and then cancel it. I have some one lined up as soon as that's working I will call and cancel. Whats the bet they will charge me for the unused full month.I can not be here if I can not trust them.

My bill was $65 without warning went up to $79 online said bill was $82 so thinking it was a late fee for the extra $14 I did not know about I payed $82 so what I owed was $0.Next bill is $84 I called up,no help at all completely useless.With how it went with on the phone I canceled the internet with AGL.My bill date is the 10th internet canceled on the 14th.Spoke to online chat who told me it was canceled on the 14th and the bill would be adjusted down for the unused portion.Waited a week no change spoke to online chat again who said they looked at it and bill would be adjusted and send me this adjusted bill and to make sure there was no late fee.It has almost been a week again no bill by email has came online still says I owe $84.Could some one please fix this.After seeing all the bad reviews  I am seriously considering contacting the ACCC.
