Questions and discussion about AGL's Internet plans and your AGL Internet account
My current internet plan is 'Home standard' , Where I can just connect 3 devices at a time to the wifi.
I want to upgrade my plan, how do i do it?
I tried contacting customer support via chatbox, but I have not received any response from them.
Suggestions are appreciated.

Hi @siddhant1jivane - We'll be making it easier to swap plans yourself in future, but for the moment I would suggest logging in to your My Account page and clicking the message button to get in touch and make this change. It's not live chat, but you'll receive a response when our team are able to assist. Alternately, you might find it easier to give us a call and our service team will arrange the upgrade for you over the phone.
