I've received my new modem, it's all plugged in and working. Lights are on. I can connect to it with my devices but it has not internet. The app still says connection in progress and would take 24-48hrs. But it's been a week since I signed up with them. No one is on their support line or responding to my emails/chats. Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it?
If you're using an AGL supplied modem and you're unable to get online, I encourage you to get in touch with AGL support by phone so they can walk you through the troubleshooting process. Wait times for support are improving, and calling early can help with this as well.
