I have been charged 2 x times the $300 first time NBN Connection fee.
i.e. Should have been charged $300 but have been charged $600
I am using this forum because the text / chat option is never answered, and the wait times on the phone are too long.
I just want my bill corrected before it is due!
Hi @Geckobiscuit. As you've noticed, we've got high volumes of calls right now and wait times are much too long. Unfortunately, this isn't something we'll be able to resolve through Neighbourhood - Sorry I can't assist you more directly. Messaging via your My Account page or the AGL app will be your best bet to avoid waiting in the phone queue..
