I'm posting this one on behalf of a customer who raised it through another channel while closing their account.
This customer had a credit of $1.31leftover after they closed their account and asked if we could donate it to a charity on their behalf, instead of going through the refund process as the amount was so small.
Giving customers who don't want to go through the process to refund a small amount is a nice idea!
