Sold home moving into mum’s

We have sold our home and need to close our gas and electricity accounts with agl. We are moving into my mum’s and won’t require the service at this time. The agl site doesn’t facilitate such a request online unless a new address is provided ... Is it possible to  close an account online?  Giving the customer the choice to close an account without having to provide a new address needs to be an online option because it doesn’t allow the customer to complete what would other be a simple task and this is frustrating me!!  Thanks
