Overcharged by incorrect meter read

The worst customer service ever, received my first bill with the incorrect reading for energy, I have sent a photo of the actual meter reading and they don't want to review the bill! How come a company can be run this way? I am going to the ombudsman!!! Run from this company!! they are charging 423kwh more!!! Disrespectful.
