Help with "We're just putting the final touches on"

I want to make some changes to my account (which is simply changing my billing email address).

However every time I try to login and access my account this error comes up all the time:

We're just putting the final touches on.

Your account will be ready shortly so please check back soon.

It seems to be a very common problem here on AGL's site. 

Can someone fix this for me?
