I transferred my account from Origin to AGL last week but when i log in to AGL app its still saying 'setup in progress'. Is this normal? How long will i wait? Will AGL confirm that this actually happening because i am still able to log into my Origin account
Your transfer will occur on your next scheduled quarterly meter reading. The quickest way to estimate this date is to simply add three months onto the end date of your most recent electricity bill.
