GSL payment

We have still not been paid a GSL reimbursement for power outage from 12th to 15th of November last year. When will we be reimbursed? Our neighbour has already been reimbursed.

Hi AP1967, The electricity distributors manage claims and reimbursements for power outages. This is then passed on to the customer via the electricity retailer. If you believe that you are eligible for reimbursements, please contact your energy distributor directly to lodge a claim. Contact details of your energy distributor is usually mentioned on the first page of your AGL bill. Cheers, Deepesh
