I have an issue with my daily electricity usage. I was oversea and before I left the property I have turned off all the electrical devices.
For example, I left Australia on 13/7, I tracked my daily usage, from 13/7-23/7 it was only a few cents per day. However, from 24/7 from 4:30pm I got charged for more than $16 per day and the usage was consistent for a whole day, non stop.
It is very very weird that I got charged that higher amount and why it’s from 24/7 not before that.
My property is one bedroom unit, we use gas for both cooking and hot water system. And before I left I have unplugged everything. Is there something wrong? How can I check?
