Duplicate monthly bill

Was changed to monthly billing however, got a bill due on 9 October which was paid on the 7 th. Then got an e mail on 19 October stating that the amount was due. Phoned to explain that the bill was paid on 7th and asked why, 12 days later, was the bill sent. I was told to ignore this as my account is actually in credit! Hope this isn't a theme and my credit rating is not going to be affected!

We are sorry to hear that you received multiple bills within a short duration.  If you have made any additional payments to your account please feel free to contact us to organise a refund. Credit rating and default listing usually come into the picture at the very end of our collection process if we are unable to reach our customer to organise an arrangement.
