Hello,

How can I close my account and have a refund?

I left Australia for good from 22nd April. Before leaving Australia, I asked for a disconnection. However, my electricity bill is still active with the status "Disconnection in progress". I'm still paying for the bills and I still have $52 credit balance!

How can I get back the money I paid after the 22nd of April and disconnect my account?

You should go to the AGL website and request the refund and disconnection via their online chat or messaging service.

Hi, ive sold my house at XXXXXXX and would like a refund,House was sold about August 2022. My acct is XXXXXXX. My new address is XXXXXXXXX.
