Hello,
How can I close my account and have a refund?
I left Australia for good from 22nd April. Before leaving Australia, I asked for a disconnection. However, my electricity bill is still active with the status "Disconnection in progress". I'm still paying for the bills and I still have $52 credit balance!
How can I get back the money I paid after the 22nd of April and disconnect my account?
