Bill query

Hi, 

just wanting to query my bills. 

I haven’t been staying at my place and only usage is for hot water service and the odd few uses. 

however my bill seems to be at the same as when I was in the house using the gas. Please can you advise why this is.

Hi Melissa,

As you are charged per megajoule of gas you use, the first thing to check is if the readings on your bill are actual and in line with the read on your physical gas meter.

You can find your end read on the PDF copy of our AGL bill.

If the read is actual and in line the cost of your bill can fluctuate for many reasons, your usage habits, the price of your gas and whether that has varied from bill to bill etc.
