Dear Sir/Madam
This matter of our "assumed arrears" has been going for a long while.
I would like to be explained where it was originated or when occur.
I had have long discussions and many times on the phone with the staff, and no one has been able to give me
a reasonable answer, the only thing I hear is "you has to pay such amount of money", no body can exoplain when happens.
Please investigate and give us a proper answer.
