Dear Sir/MadamThis matter of our "assumed arrears" has been going for a long while.I would like to be explained where it was originated or when occur.I had have long discussions and many times on the phone with the staff, and no one has been able to give mea reasonable answer, the only thing I hear is "you has to pay such amount of money", no body can exoplain when happens.Please investigate and give us a proper answer.Kind regards.Juan
