Agl stole $250 out of my bank account and keep telling me it's been refunded, yet it's been over a week and the money has not been refunded. They had no right to steal my money and now they lie and will not return it to me regardless of how many times I ask for it. Stealing is a criminal act, lying is at least morally wrong. Do not direct debit with this company as they will treat your money as if it's there's and just take what they want without asking for it, without you owing it to them and then lie about refunds. I would never ever use this criminal company again
