Massive increase in billing

Bill just received is 63% higher than last quarter AND 22% higher than same quarter last year EVEN THOIGH swimming pool running 6 hours a day has since been removed.

Hi @caluko , sorry to hear you've received a higher than expected bill. Was your usage correspondingly higher? You may wish to check that you're on the best plan for your usage.
