Hello,

How can my husband (account holder) check that his concession card details have been correctly recorded on our account?

Me and my mom both have cares card and pension card respectively, could you please confirm our details are added and updated.

To ensure that your concessions are being correctly applied to your bill, you can use My Account or the AGL App.

 

My Account

  1.  log in to your My Account and select Profile from the menu in the top right hand corner.
  2. Scroll down to the Concessions section and click edit.
  3. The screen will show any active concessions, or "no active concession card" if none are active.

AGL App

  1. Open the AGL App and select Account from the bottom right, then Settings from the menu options
  2. Select Concessions
  3. Any active concession details will be shown, or "No active concession card" if you have none active.
