massive bill 1 month almost 1000$

i just moved in to new place and got massive bill form AGL jsut for 1 month of usage, only 1 person leaves in the house

General Usage 545 KWH $139.90

General Usage next 2289KWH $587.59

Controlled Load 1 512 KWH $74.34

just for october novemeber fine no issues

anuyone had similar experience?

theyr support non existent, leave a message takes to same page over and over again, chant no one answers, phone same thing not even an option where i can talk to someone
