had solar panels connected to our house 4 months ago. current invoice has no feed in tariff credits

Hi Lamb56!

 

There can be a few reasons for this to happen.

If you have already had your meter reconfigured for solar, then I would recommend you double check your inverter is turned on as well as your isolation switch. If either of these are turned off, this will stop the solar exporting and therefor stop the feed in tariff.
If you have not had your solar meter configured yet, then you will need to talk to our solar new connections team on 
1800 680 430.

 

If those are turned on, then I would recommend you touch base with your installer to confirm your system is working.
