You can active you direct debit yourself by logging into your AGL My Account here. If you're unable to do this after logging in, simply click 'Message Us' in the bottom right-hand corner to chat with our customer service team.
Hi, trying to reinstate Direct Debit after it failing a few times (have sorted with bank) but it keeps coming up with an error.
Have tried 7-8 times over 2 weeks.
