Overcharge on faulty meter

Now that apparant faulty meter has been changed and moved to a third plan in quick succession- will I be credited before next Direct Debit is due as it is twice as much as any bill I have had for many years since we have had our 6.6kwt Solar.

Need to know moving forward.
