Why is AGL’s customer care so bad?

I joined AGL today to write this article.
My wife is an AGL customer. Our home uses AGL for energy.
Please forgive my poor English and the use of a translator.
The world is a much better place.

I bought my first house five ~ six years ago, and when I was putting the finishing
touches on it, the bank turned down my loan because of the $3,000 or so in AGL
energy bills that Panthera had put on my credit.

Interestingly, the name on the bill from AGL was "Dongju Lee".
For your information, my name is Bongju Lee. I signed up with AGL today.
I never lived at the address on the bill.

I've been back and forth between AGL and Panthera for several days trying
to resolve this issue, and I've been told multiple times that I need to
contact AGL, who tells me to contact Panthera, who tells me to contact
Panthera, who tells me to contact AGL again. I can't remember how many times
I was told to wait for a simultaneous interpretation connection, give my
name, explain the problem for about 15 minutes, and then call back. I think
I was on the phone for days.

While I was dealing with this, I was worried that my bank would deny my loan
and I would lose my security deposit, so I wondered if I should pay the $3,000
energy bill that was incorrectly billed. I questioned why I should go through all
this trouble, pain, and wasted time to correct a mistake I didn't even make.
I was really angry and the customer care was pathetic.

Fortunately, I got a loan from the bank and bought the house before the
promised date. I considered myself lucky that the issue was resolved within
the time frame and moved on.

However, last week I received another similar mail from Panthera and I was so
upset that I contacted Agl again. I asked her to help me avoid this happening
again. She asked me to email her the contents of the mail, and within 5 minutes
I emailed her what she asked for. She said she would check and email me back
today(March 18) or tomorrow(March 19) at the latest, and I asked her to call me
as well.

But so far, I have received neither an email nor a phone call.

1. I'm wasting my time like this, when are you going to repair my credit?

2. how are you going to compensate me for the years of credit damage?

3. has anyone else had this experience besides me?
