Have you registered your electricity account to your login profile @Mosie ?
When your account is linked to your AGL online profile, it should come up on the opening page, then you get various info screens like overview, usage, billing, and some other things like rewards, and help.
I can't remember how I linked my residential account, but as I have a workshop account also, I had to get the AGL team to link that one too.
When I log in I can choose which account I want to visit, and switch between them as I please.
