Usage (bill projection)

My electricity usage/bill projection is marked as $271,109.50. I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with the system right now but no one has been home for 2 months and even if someone was there i don't think it would account to that much. Is there anything wrong with the system?

There's definitely something wrong with their Bill Projection system.  Only one person living in my house, water gas heating only, take a look at their crazy projection.
