The pdf of my account is for November 2025. i would like to see the PDF invoice for this new amount

The PDF in the app is dated differently to the dates you are asking me for payment now.

Thank you for your post. 

From the sounds of it, it could be a different bill that we are asking payment on if the dates don't line up to the bill you have on your My Account. 

I'm going to send you a Private Message so I can get some further information to assist.
