After several phone requests for a detailed copy of latest bill, I have received NOTHING. Please email for download these details. Original account showed a fault & couldn't be downloaded

Hi @WrWAgllast2 , sorry to hear you haven't heard back yet following your phone calls. If you don't want to wait any longer, you can easily view all your current and past bills online by logging into your My Account page , or by using the AGL app on your phone.
