Permissions of an Authorised Person

Hi,

I would like to know the full permissions of what an Authorised Person can do when added to an AGL account. And specifically, can they cancel a connection?

Hi CaityM,

Great question!

A 'contact person' will be able to maintain your account, including disconnecting the supply. However, they would not be able to accept any discount offers or connect you at a new premise nor will their name be displayed on the bill.
