I've just received a SmS saying my bill overdue 5 days after paying from it on the due date "07/10/20" to receive the pay on time discount. I've received the receipt stating the payment was made on the 07/10/20 but after checking my account in payment details it states that in was the 09/10/20 why is that?

Payments can take up to 2 business days to clear on our end and especially if you've made the payment after 5pm. Please Contact Us and send us a copy of your receipt and we'll apply the pay on time discount for you.
