Obtaining refund of credit

I have changed energy provider.  Apparently I have a credit with AGL (according to an email message yesterday). I would like this refunded, p[ease.

Hi Neil,

I had this same situation and was issued a cheque which hasnt arrived, but now AGL have taken money out of my account which was unauthorized and illegally debited as i havent had an account for 8 years- can you please look into this for me as no one has attempted to help me with this from AGL. Annie
