Why can't I see an Itemized account

I'm still waiting for an answer to my first question. Why can't i see an Itemized account. Why change a system that was easy to understand. What bare you trying to HIDE.???

Hi @Apaache1 

 

I'm not sure what you're referring to. There is no new billing system. We recently refreshed the look of the eBill summary to include additional information, but the bill itself is exactly the same.

 

You are also able to view or download all your previous bills and usage details by logging into your My Account and clicking on the "usage" and "billing" tabs.

 

If you can be more specific about what you're not able to find, I might be able to help out more.
