I'm not sure what you're referring to. There is no new billing system. We recently refreshed the look of the eBill summary to include additional information, but the bill itself is exactly the same.
You are also able to view or download all your previous bills and usage details by logging into your My Account and clicking on the "usage" and "billing" tabs.
