Hi, I have just signed up with AGL for my energy. Having delayed connnection until the 15th of Feb, can you tell me if AGL arranges the cancellation of my current energy supplier (origin) or do I have to do this? I don’t want to sit without power and trying to get this sorted seamlessly.

Hi Martindeh,

 

If you are changing from one provider to another, there is no need to organise a cancellation with your previous provider. You will receive a final bill from them automatically when AGL takes over the billing rights at your property.
