My plan keeps changing

My plan keeps changing from residential to business and then back again, I am not a business I am a residential, I have now twice supplied my rates notice as proof of status, its painful process to call up and explain this every time, I now have like 4 different account numbers for the same address, why does something so simple have to be so complicated
