I changed my plan and I do not think this discount has been applied to my latest account

Thank you for getting touch!

 

If you've changed your discount plan midway through a billing period, then you should expect to see two plans listed on your bill separated by the date in which you agreed to the new terms. You can confirm this by referring to the second page of your bill underneath 'Energy Plan'.
