Hi, my current electricity bill for the month is 3 times higher than the same time last year i.e. was approx $300 now $900 and approximately 2.5 times higher than the previous month.
The reading is not an estimate as we have remote meter and I cant accept that any appliance would create this kind of discrepancy.
How do we deal with this?

Checking your usage patterns in My Account or the AGL Energy app can help to understand whether you're using significantly more electricity.
It can also help to get in touch with customer support to make sure you're on the best available plan.
